As of today, it looks like I'll be ordering a Sport Pro by the end of May.
Since the Sport Pro's weight capacity is 25o and so am I, how much, if any weight can I add to the trike using a rear rack and panniers?
Or do I just have to put it all on a trailer?

The TerraTrike Sport frame is Warrantied up to 250lbs. A trailer has it's own load limit, for example the B.O.B. trailer has a 70 lbs load limit that does not add the load on the TT Sport frame.
As long as you're not adding another 50lbs and jumping the trike off of curbs, the frame should not have a problem.
