We will take a few weeks to go over the offerings and announce a winner shortly |
You want a free Cruiser?
Whacha got to trade?
We're doing it again!
Let's face it, we're a pretty eclectic group here and we enjoy free stuff just as much as the next guy. So we've decided to bring back by popular demand our "Trade with TerraTrike" contest. We'll put up something to trade, collect offers for a few weeks, and then select one that tickles our fancy and swap you for it.
This Months Trade: A New Cruiser ($1499)
Taking offers from now to July 17th
Now we may use your trade for our own enjoyment, auction it off for charity, or turn around and offer as next months trade. But the main thing is that it's got to be of at least equal value or equal coolness to what we're offering. Strange and odd objects will definitely get our attention, but so will a weekend at your condo in Aspen.
So if your up for it, here are the stipulations:
- Email your item to trade along with any photos to Trade@TerraTrike.com
- Send photos if available!
- Item has to be of at least equal value or equal coolness
- DO NOT call us with your items, advice, comments or questions. We can't tie up our sales guy's phone lines talking about trading donkeys for trikes - got it? (Although a donkey would be cool now that I've mentioned it!)
- We will collect all the emails and make our decision on the winner at the end of the contest and post the winner shortly afterwards - don't bug us.
- Our decisions are final - hey, we're running this!
- Each party will be responsible for any shipping involved with receiving their trade item
- We're going to use your name and item in some blatant marketing on our website - deal with it - you're getting free stuff!
- No bikes or recumbents. I mean c'mon - we're in the bike business. We can get whatever we want.
Here are some ideas of the type of things that interest us: Travel opportunities, musical instruments, concert tickets, food, time shares, micro-beer, a submarine, the bat mobile, unique artwork for our clubhouse, 40' trebuchet, Velcro bounce wall, Super Bowl tickets, personalized Gunther memorabilia, giant Air-Zooka, meeting celebrities, pinball machines, a monkey, a robot or unique adventure opportunities.
If you've offered something in the past, feel free to resubmit it again.
Okay, so that's it - you get the idea - let's see what you've got. Be creative. Be generous, and have fun with it.
