you lost my rover order

i placed an order for a rover with my local bike shop within days of of your unvieling of your new rover trike. i was expecting to pick it up this week after your month delay. now i find that you lost my order and that i may have to wait another one to two months to get the trike. i an not happy. what did you do expand the order to a high volume shop for convienience sake?
