Was out later than planned, had a gentle night's ride home. Pack the lights with me no matter where I go. Reflective trim on the job as well. Since I had not planned to be out after dark had left the blue LED strobe at home. Also note that thee Slime tubes are holding air pressure quite well. Almost at the 500 odometer mark.

  • Not much time for riding, and too cold to use stationary trainer. Had a bad bug for a month or so, busy otherwise with two jobs. Picked up playing the Mandolin most of the winter, playing in two different groups and genres.

Not sure where or how am going to be able to store a Weber Y2K mandolin on the Rover when the good weather returns. Sure do miss riding! Was going to go out a couple of different times when it did warm up.

Think we had a few days of snow; mostly rain, high winds; and chilly weather. Rover has been in its enclosure all winter long, although I have the enclosure boarded up with plastic sheeting on the outside to protect from the weather ... which in turn helped keep that side of the trailer warmer.

Am still here, off and on.

In less than an hour will break the left shoulder, thus changing cycling as I knew it.

Wasn't just the root that did it ... lack of recent skills, unfamiliarity with the trail, and taking someone's remark as an "easy trail" as being that - only to find out later they meant "easier trail".
That, plus I had wanted to ride back down the Weiser River Trail. Shuttle services in 2013 were few and the fees were extremely high in cost.

Picture has 3 subjects involved; Urban riding, Forest trails, and an Oriole. Birds, like other wonders of nature are found by looking up, must what happens when riding a trike ... you get to LOOK UP!

SoundWinds flag on a vertical pole, two TerraTrike flags on posts coming out of seat with an adjustable lightbar for looks & safety. Could add more flags to the angled poles at some point.

Around here the vertical pole is more of a necessity to be seen, and it has a tassel ribbon up top to grab attention.

      Enjoy!
