We use FedEx Freight for fully assembled trikes*. FedEx is used for most other shipments. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your package leaves our building. Prices are for the Continental US only. Please call us if you are outside of the Continental US for a custom shipping quote.

- $5.00 flat shipping for all accessory orders, with free shipping on orders over $100 shipped to a residence or business (the trainer, hitch rack, and hitch rack add-on unit may require a separate charge due to their weight and dimensions.)

High Cost Surcharge Areas

We love our customers and want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (800-945-9910) to explain your situation within 30 days of the purchase/ship date of your order. If you have purchased an item from one of our Authorized Dealers, you will need to contact that dealer directly as their return policy may differ from ours.
If it becomes necessary for you to return some or all of your order to us, please follow these simple steps:
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from our returns department.
- Repackage item(s) securely to make sure that no damage can occur during return shipping. Any damage (or use) that causes the item(s) to arrive in other than “as new” condition (including packaging, as applicable) will be assessed and you will be charged accordingly.
- Address the package with our Ship To address (see below) and your return address.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Include a copy of the packing list or invoice with the shipment.
- Ship package to us via your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you use the USPS it is a good idea to send the package “insured” as this generates a number that is traceable. Ship to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in the event of a mis-ship from us. While we strive to process returns immediately upon receiving them, please allow up to 30 days for credits to post to you account from your credit card company. I said it was fine print, didn’t I?
We assemble and ship your order as soon as possible. We will normally ship accessory orders within a day or two and fully assembled trikes within 10 business days but this can vary depending on current supply, other orders and time of year. Check the website or call for the current estimate.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back ordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are ready to be shipped.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalog, click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished selecting your items, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Your personal information is encrypted for complete security. You may also place your order by phone with one of our friendly team members or mail, email, or fax in your order. Either way is fine with us.
We accept credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks. However, personal checks must clear before shipment. If you are shopping from outside of the United States, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically.
Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail, or via our secured server within our online catalog.
Credit Card Security
We use a secured server for online orders. We use Authorize.net, the nation’s leader in online credit card processing as our gateway and they handle all processing in a secure offsite location. Your information is kept completely confidential. We have been in business since 1996 and have been accredited with the Better Business Bureau for years without ever having a single complaint (click here or the logo to check). We take these matters seriously. Rest assured your sensitive information is completely safe with us.
Our business is operated from Michigan, USA. Michigan sales tax (6%) will be applied to all orders shipping to an address within the state of Michigan or picked up in Michigan. If we are shipping to an address outside of Michigan, we do not charge any sales tax.

30 DAY RISK FREE ROAD TEST
The TerraTrike is a superior product, and we stand behind it. If, for any reason, after purchasing your TerraTrike, you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us to discuss the return. Then, ship the trike back to us in its original condition and packaging, and receive a FULL REFUND*, including shipping and handling.
Items must be received at TerraTrike no later than 30 days after our original shipping date. If the unit is returned in less than new condition or refusal of delivery, TerraTrike reserves the right to deduct for any wear or damages, including excessive mileage or extra shipping costs due to refusal. Please save your box and take extreme care in repackaging the product.
This 30 day Risk Free Road Test guarantee applies to all trikes purchased directly from TerraTrike by customers who don’t get the opportunity to test ride at a certified TerraTrike dealer. Return shipments must be arranged by contacting our returns department; returning product without doing so will result in the forfeit of refunded S&H charges.
*Offer good in 48 contiguous states only.
*Customers having Custom Shop work done are responsible for the cost of the customization and labor on the original purchase plus cost to return the product back to stock, resalable value on any returns.

WizWheelz warrants to the original owner that all its trike frames, seat frames, and steering components are free of defective materials and workmanship subject to the limitations contained in this warranty. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of the original owner and is nontransferable. Warranty is conditioned upon the trike being purchased through and assembled by WizWheelz or an authorized WizWheelz dealer, operated under normal conditions, and maintained properly.
Warranty does not apply to paint/finish, components attached to the frame, or wear items such as tires, idler wheels, chain, etc. Attached components are subject to the warranty, if any, of their original manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be presented to the place where the product was purchased whether that is an authorized WizWheelz dealer or the WizWheelz factory. Proof of purchase must accompany all requests for warranty coverage. WizWheelz reserves the sole discretion to repair or replace any parts covered by this warranty. Replacement parts may be a newer version than those originally purchased. In the event that a model has been discontinued or changed significantly, or if the part in question is no longer available for any reason, some additional parts may need to be purchased by the customer in order to make the trike rideable again due to compatibility issues. Original owner shall be responsible for all labor, shipping, and travel costs related to repair or replacement of warranted parts.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or any defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, overloading past specified load limit, alterations (i.e. cutting, spreading, drilling, welding, etc.), collisions, accidents, or misuse.
WizWheelz shall not be liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or other similar damages suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or business or damages resulting from use or performance of the product, whether in contract or in tort, even if WizWheelz or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages and WizWheelz shall not be liable for any expenses, claims, or suits arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing.

TerraTrike now offers an extended warranty for 2nd party purchased used TerraTrikes. The warranty is valid for 3 years and applies to all trikes except the Tandem model. It is available for $149.95 and can be purchased through our online store or by calling us directly. This IS NOT available through our dealers. A new warranty registration must also be completed for the offer to be valid.

Where Do I Find My Serial Number?
We get asked this a lot, and it’s not easy to find……on purpose. We do this so that it makes it difficult for a thief to find if it’s stolen. That plus we don’t like to take away from our awesome finishes!
Your serial number should have been provided to you when you purchased your trike. The easiest way to find it would be to inquire with your dealer first. However, we’ve also included this chart below to show you exactly where it is located on your model.
